Customer problems can be reported to our support team via telephone, fax or e-mail. Help is given immediately by our 1st line support team, and where problems need more practical solutions then a call from one of our highly trained and friendly on-site engineers is arranged. Problems are resolved via on-site visits, through dial-in (with prior arrangement) to your office or on the phone. We pride ourselves in offering a rapid friendly personal service.
